Dallas Swim Kids. (“DSK” or “we,” or “us”) respects the privacy concerns of visitors to the www.dallasswimkids.com website. We want you to know: (i) the information we collect; (ii) the steps we take to protect the information that you provide us; (iii) how we use that information; and (iv) when we share it with others.

Generally, we may collect from you the information that is described below, and use it for the purposes described below. You can limit the information that you provide us by not submitting the online request forms described below, in which case you will not be eligible for the service requested in the form.

This Privacy Policy only applies to the DSK websites and does not apply to, and DSK is not responsible for, the privacy policies or practices of websites operated by others, even if they are linked to DSK websites. This policy does not apply to user posts or other third-party content, including, for example posts to our Facebook or other social media sites. If you visit the DSK websites or download information we will automatically collect certain information (“Log Information”). This Log Information may include the:

II. Personal Information You Choose to Provide to Us

A. Enrollment Information:

If you wish to enroll your child, you may do so either: 1) In person at the Dallas Swim Kids location; or 2) By using the http://www.dallasswimkids.com, then either a) send an email to DSK which includes personal information such as your name, ages of your children, and your contact information or b) use the online enrollment feature.

These pages may collect and send to us similar information (collectively “Enrollment Information”). Your Enrollment Information may be used for the same purposes as Log Information as described above, and as follows:

1. Dallas Swim Kids may retain your Enrollment Information to contact you about: (a) enrolling your child; (b) upcoming classes, products and services, and promotions.

2. DSK also uses this Enrollment Information to improve the usefulness of our websites, to communicate with you about events and promotion opportunities.

3. DSK may also share your Enrollment Information with third parties, but only as described in this Privacy Policy. DSK may share your Enrollment Information with its selected marketing partners, who might be independent companies that may join us in promotions aimed at families with children. We will attempt to prohibit our marketing partners from using your Enrollment Information except to the extent necessary to fulfill their services to you, or to us. We may also share your Enrollment Information with other third parties, for example, when we need to share such Enrollment Information to: (a) fulfill promotional obligations; (b) process your credit card; (c) provide a product or service you have requested; (d) manage data or host a Web site; (e) respond to court orders; or (f) administer or enforce our websites’ Terms of Use.

4. We may also collect Enrollment Information, and combine it with other information, such information from public sources, your Log Information, customer loyalty rewards program information, and online purchases in the future. We may use this combined personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. If you choose not to provide the information that we request, you may not be able to participate or purchase the relevant product or service.

B. Referral Information:

If you know a parent who would be interested in learning more about Dallas Swim Kids, you may refer him or her to Dallas Swim Kids by completing the Refer a Friend form on our websites. Dallas Swim Kids may use the referral information that you provide to notify the referred parent of your referral and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

C. Resume Information:

If you’re interested in working at Dallas Swim Kids, you may send your resume by email or regular mail to the address posted or Web site or social media.

A. Business Changes

B. Children’s Privacy Our websites is not for children under the age of 18. We will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18, and if we discover that we have accidentally done so, we will delete it. Children under the age of 18 must ask a parent or guardian to provide us any personal information online.

C. Security of Online Payment and Other Data

We care about the security of your personal information, and when you submit personal information, such as credit card information or child information, that information is encrypted and protected by Secure Sockets Layer Protocol (SSL) encryption technology and stored on our servers. However, no transmission over the Internet and no electronic data storage method is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of the personal information you provide to DSK either during its transmission or its storage on DSK’s systems.
