About Us

Our curriculum is proven to teach children how to safely swim and in an environment students feel confident learning in. Our instructor led classes for beginner swimmers starting at age 6 months and up, through our club and swim team advanced swimmers of various ages. We are looking for fun, outgoing, talented individuals who want to make a difference in their community.

We Are Currently Hiring For These Positions:

Parent/Child & PreK Swim Instructor

Dallas Swim Kids is looking for a swim instructor to teach children from 6 months old in parent/child programs, through independent swimmers starting at 3 years old up to 13 years old in our advanced invitational and club programs.

While it’s great if you have swimming experience, having a love for teaching children is more important. We can teach you the rest. We provide training, lesson plans to teach the Dallas Swim Kids curriculum and an awesome team environment to work in.

We have varying shifts available and we are open 7 days a week. If you are looking for a part-time position or closer to full-time hours, we can be flexible. We keep student to teacher ratios small allowing instructors to effectively teach skills. Helping children feel confident in the water and their swimming abilities helps us create a positive learning environment.

Club & Swim Team Instructor

Dallas Swim Kids is looking for a swim instructor/evening and weekend manager for either a part time or full time position.

We teach children from 6 months old in parent/child programs, through independent swimmers starting at 3 years old up to 13 years old in our advanced invitational program.

Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here.

Participate in managing customer service quality in addition to keeping our business practices top notch to ensure every experience exceeds expectation.
